「社会イノベーション」とは、革新的な手法や社会システムを用いて貧困や雇用、人権、環境といった社会問題を解決することです。強力なリーダーシップを発揮してこうした活動に取り組む人たちを「社会起業家」と呼んでいます。私たちNPO法人 国際社会起業サポートセンター（ICSE）は、「社会起業家」の活動を支援していきます。
The “Social Innovation” is the introduction of new methods and structures to address social problems such as poverty, long-term unemployment, human rights or environmental problems, and the leaders of these activities are called “Social Entrepreneurs”.
We, ICSE, will support “Social Entrepreneurs”.

Outline
概 要 |
We, ICSE, intend to provide opportunities for future social entrepreneurs to make their ideas known and create further chances for others to give you a helping hand.
We therefore set an award for high potential business plans in order for you to conduct feasibility studies toward implementations of the plan.
NEC Corporation and International Development Associates Ltd.(IDeA) will offer corporate awards for this competition.
ICSEビジネスプラン・コンペティションは、未来の社会起業家たちに、独創的なアイディアに基づく事業計画を発表する機会を提供するとともに、そのアイディアや計画に共感・賛同して実現のために力を貸そうという人たちとの出会いと交流の場を提供する目的で開催します。
本コンペティションの入賞者には、事業計画の実現に向けてフィージビリティ・スタディを実施するための資金援助として、賞金を授与します。
NEC（日本電気株式会社）および株式会社国際開発アソシエイツ（IDeA）により本コンペティションに協賛企業賞が提供されます。
